Lord of the Rings Schedule
To all singers in the Lord of the Rings project:
Thank you for participating in this exciting project! I think it will be a lot of fun, especially when we learn to sing in the "Elvish" language. If you haven't read the books or seen the movies, you'll get a short description of the story line at our first rehearsal. I have included a schedule for rehearsals and the performance in this memo. I would hope that you can attend AT LEAST THREE of the rehearsals prior to rehearsing in Cary. Please let me know if there are any you are unable to attend, and congratulations on being selected to perform in this concert!
Rehearsals in Durham: all will be held at the Durham Arts Council in the Adaron or Duke Power rehearsal rooms. (Look for the sign when you enter the lobby of the Arts Council)

Rehearsals at the Koka Booth Ampitheatre in Cary: directions will be given and carpools set up at a later date. There will also be ticket information and parent chaperone information given out as soon as that information is sent to me. The music will be ready for me to pick up on May 31. You will receive your music at the first rehearsal you attend.
