Refreshments for November 6 Rehearsal
Please contact Terry Summers if you can help provide refreshments for the November 6 rehearsal. We need ten boxes of juice boxes, napkins, and five bags of pretzels.

REMINDER: Rehearsal moved from November 2 to November 6
Rehearsal will NOT be held on Nov. 2, due to the closing of DPS schools for Election Day. There will be a rehearsal at DSA on Sat., Nov. 6 from 9:30-11:30 AM.

Singing at Sister Cities Meeting
Singers who signed up to perform at the meeting of Sister Cities of Durham meeting at City Hall are reminded to be there no later than 5:30 PM Thursday evening, Oct. 28. We will sing at 6:00 and be finished by 6:15. Parents are invited to attend. The meeting will continue until 7 PM. You are invited to stay if you are interested in learning more about Sister Cities. Maps were distributed at the rehearsal on Tuesday.

Website Goes Live
The website has been completed and is generally available today. Mrs. Hill will announce the site to the choir this Tuesday.

Pick-Up
Parents will escort the group to the FRONT covered walkway. Please continue to be careful as you pull out to leave the area.

Bobby McFerrin Tickets
This has not been confirmed by his agent, but in all probability it WILL be confirmed. We will send you more information in November. Tickets are on sale now, but plenty will still be available in January. You may buy tickets online or by calling the Duke Performances office at (919)684-4444 (Mon-Fri 10AM - 5PM).

Snacks
Children should pack an extra snack for Tuesdays if they are unable to go home before the rehearsal. Water bottles are encouraged, but no snacks will be provided.

Study Hall
Please alert Mrs. Hill if you are dropping off kids earlier than 4:30 PM. Students should remain quiet in the Chorus Room until that time, as others are trying to catch up on homework; students should NOT wander around the DSA campus.
